Education: Mín. Bac 2y +
Successful experience in team management, demonstrating leadership and coordination skills.
Quality: interpersonal skills/Stress management: knowing how to manage complex or conflictual situations
Organization and planning: Good management and distribution of tasks
Data analysis: Ability to monitor KPI's, ability to interpret performance indicators Languages: good command of English and Spanish, mastery of other foreign languages is an asset
Benefits
Meal allowance: 9 EUR/day worked
Transport allowance: 50 EUR/month (Gross amount)
Annual performance bonus (paid in April each year) up to 170 EUR gross (variable amount)
Quarterly bonus: up to 200 EUR gross per quarter (variable amount)
Annual bonus (paid in December of each year), the rate is 5,000EUR of the annual base salary (variable amount depending on the achievement of objectives)
Insurance: Insurance membership from the 1st day of integration (payable by the employer)
