The Client Service Director is the person who glues it all together, working closely with all team leaders and those with allocated responsibilities. Ensure there is a main focal point for clients within the team and to ensure that these clients are impressed with our understanding and interpretation of their requirements and our strategic response to their brief. Lead and develop an allocated client with the support of a team, inspire and motivate the team to achieve their objectives for their clients. Provide strategic direction on major projects within the team as appropriate.
The right person for the role will have strong sense of responsibility for the department, and how it connects with the rest of the business. An excellent working relationship with all other teams in the company – a truly collaborative way of working. Be pro-active in seeking new business opportunities and solutions, has strong commercial awareness. Has excellent communication and sound judgement skills, well manages expectations externally and internally. Be open to new ideas and able to work in genuine partnership with colleagues and clients.
