THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for a Client Sales Director to join our dynamic Client Sales team in the UKI! At Wellhub, our Sales team is the heartbeat of our growth, driving new customer acquisition and expanding our reach across the UKI market. In this pivotal role, you’ll focus on building strategic partnerships with Mid-market and Enterprise prospects, crafting tailored solutions to meet their unique challenges.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Complex Deal Closer: Leverage your experience in SaaS and complex sales to successfully close high-value deals, regularly exceeding six figures, while showcasing a deep understanding of clients needs and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Strategic Opportunity Builder: Develop and implement proactive strategies to source new opportunities and build a robust pipeline of top-of-funnel leads.
  • Executive Presence: Demonstrate a polished, confident demeanor when engaging with senior leaders, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and navigating high-level conversations with ease.
  • Collaborative Partner: Work closely with your Sales Development Representative to prioritize accounts, align outreach strategies, and share valuable insights.
  • Network Builder: Represent Wellhub at industry events, expanding your professional connections within the HR and Reward community.
  • Pipeline Manager: Own your pipeline of opportunities, showcasing initiative and expertise through the EDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Content Creator: Develop tailored content that resonates with prospects, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
  • Proposal Expert: Craft compelling proposals and comprehensive business cases for high-value deals.
  • Internal Collaborator: Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to close deals and ensure successful client onboarding.
  • Product Champion: Become the go-to expert on Wellhub’s offerings, understanding our market position and value proposition, backed by compelling case studies.
  • Live the Mission:  inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.   • Proven Track Record: With 8+ years in driving new business growth—ideally in SaaS sales, HR consulting, or employee benefits—you’ve secured significant contracts with complex organizations.

  • Client Advocate: You genuinely care about understanding your clients' needs and are passionate about helping their businesses succeed.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software and prospecting tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft.

PAID TIME OFF: We know how important it is to take time away from work to recharge. Employees receive a minimum of 25 days paid holiday per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday!).
