For one of our clients, we are looking for a Client Relationship Manager, remotely from the United States.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting long-term client retention. You will manage client accounts, understand their needs, and work to ensure that the company’s services are effectively addressing their challenges. Additionally, you will be actively involved in identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, as well as managing contract renewals and ensuring clients think of the company as their go-to solution provider.

Accountabilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders, from C-suite to operational levels.
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive contract renewals and identify potential at-risk clients, developing strategies to re-engage them.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Manage and track client information in CRM systems, ensuring it is updated regularly and accurately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in client/customer support, consulting, or product sales.
  • Experience in vendor management, banking operations, and contracting.
  • Solid understanding of banking or fintech industry trends, challenges, and regulations.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with clients and driving business growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with C-level executives and manage client expectations effectively.
