Back Cove Financial is seeking a Client Relationship Manager, to be based in their office in Brunswick, Maine. The Client Relationship Manager will focus on creating, maintaining, and deepening relationships with clients through active servicing of both routine and complex matters of the overall client experience. This opportunity is a fit for someone passionate and fulfilled by a passion to help people.  

Requirements of the Client Relationship Manager:

  • Must have customer service experience in a professional setting
  • Strong, proven communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent client service and friendly phone manner
  • Must be detail oriented and a “project completer”
  • Willingness to embrace current technologies and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to commute to Brunswick, Maine Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work from home one day per week
  • Due to industry regulations, comprehensive pre-hire background, credit, and reference checks as well as fingerprinting are required

Benefits of the Job:

  • Annual pay range: $60,000 to $70,000, depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager:

  • Be a trusted, friendly point of contact.
  • Administrative: help create financial plans, research recommendations and tax reports.
  • Client trading: rebalance client portfolios based on advisor’s criteria and instructions.
  • Client account management: maintain CRM system with current client information, track receipt of important forms, send tax information to clients’ CPAs.
  • Complex client processes: death and estate document processing
