Purpose of the job
As part of the Client Advisory & Solutions department (CA&S) within Anthos, you will be client facing and have overall responsible for a client relationship. You will coordinate all our services and efforts in order to improve client satisfaction. As client relationship manager (CRM), you intensively work together within CA&S with the Business developers and Process Manager. You, being a spider-in-the-web will collaborate with mostly all colleagues in other departments, and especially with (client) portfolio managers.
We are looking for someone who understands what client focus means and how to execute this in practice. Someone who can organise, bring together, mobilise our colleagues in order to amaze our like mindedlikeminded clients. You have already gained experience in the asset management and client relationship world, so you are able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities
• Deep understanding of client (investment) needs, strategic and operating environment;
• Initiate, manage, prepare, attend client meetings and assure follow up internally as well as external;
• Outside in approach, understanding the market and looking for ways to further develop and extend the business relationship
• Participating as client coordinator for specific projects as agreed within Anthos.
• Contribute to a professional dialogue and strong relationships with Anthos teams, having client perspective in mind.
• Organize stakeholders to comply with all relevant internal and external demands.
• Maintain detailed knowledge on Responsible Investing and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) related topics.
Experience and skills
• Master’s degree and other relevant (client advisor) education.
• At least 7 years of working experience in asset management and client relationship department
• Knowledge of client needs and requirements of family offices, institutional, endowments, High Net Worth Individuals or religious institutions.
• German native level and fluency in English (oral and written). Dutch is considered an advantage.
• Organisational sensitive and strong cultural fit with the Anthos values: purpose, excellence, collaboration, client focus and passion.
• The preferred candidate is entrepreneurial and result driven personality, highly reliable, has excellent credibility as discussion partner. A commercial growth mindset is key.
