Client Relations Supervisor
Job Purpose:
To provide a consistently high level of service to a customer
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordination of domestic pickups as well as international when necessary (most Korea).
- Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and service requests.
- Monitor and respond to all daily email inquiries.
- Notify all delay/holiday/strike notifications to the client in a timely manner.
- Follow up on all overnight shipment movement and ensure that all deliveries are updated in Maestro in a timely manner.
- Follow up on all inbound/outbound activity for all client activity. Coordination of domestic pickups as well as international when necessary (most Canada).

- Follow up on all inbound/outbound activity for all client activity.
- Maintaining of both Domestic and International pending pod reports.
- Ensuring all key milestones are updated in Maestro in a timely manner.
- Follow up and management of all missing or delayed shipments with the client.
- Tracking of all non-branch-controlled accounts with the client transiting through our region.
- Ensuring all activity destined to client the following morning is pre-alerted to them each evening.
Requirements:
- over Bachelor's Degree
- 5 year logistics experience
- 5 year customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Freight booking experience preferred
- Logistical track & trace experience preferred
- International logistics experience preferred
