As a Client Relations Officer, you are the star sales person who will close deals. You are responsible to follow our client's lead through the entire sales funnel from inquiry to closing the deal by serving as a liaison to property sellers and seekers.

You Are Great At:

  • Being an expert in sales, negotiation, and communication both in the English and Filipino language.
  • Prospecting leads are provided to obtain a crystal clear picture of what clients are looking for and why.
  • Establishing unique relationships with potential buyers through empathy and rapport.
  • Finding the perfect-fit options within the PropertyPro inventory.
  • Going on client site visits to the developments and closing the sale.
  • Building a strong relationship and connection with clients through virtual presentations
  • Making sure you meet your sales targets and performance metrics.

What It Takes:

  • Holds a University degree.
  • Knowledge of the property market is beneficial (but not required), experience is a plus.
  • You are persuasive and customer centrist.
  • You have a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, are able to work under pressure and with target.
  • Experienced with CRM software is an advantage.
