WHY WE NEED YOU? GLAD YOU ASKED...

As a Client Partner located in the Atlantic region preferably Halifax, we need you to act as a consultant for your client set. Dig deep and understand their business as well as they do and understand the marketplace within the region. Come forward with proactive solutions to solve their business challenges, not just the media brief.  You will focus on growing digital, broadcast, data and tech revenue through integrated ad programs, customized brand executions, and partnerships.  You will be responsible to sell to regional brands, both through agencies and potentially client-direct. You have a strong understanding of big data and know how to leverage Pelmorex’s premium data, media platforms and in house technology to build strategic solutions for clients.

Please note this is an In Market hybrid role that requires you to be located in Halifax and visit clients

WHAT IS THE DAY TO DAY LOOK LIKE

  • Ongoing territory and pipeline management
  • Act as a consultant and subject matter expert on all things Pelmorex to agencies and clients Spend time researching your clients thoroughly so you understand their businesses as well as they do. They see you as an extension of their team. 
  • Proactively create strategic 360° solutions to drive success against customers’ marketing needs
  • You will be the ‘relationship builder’! You will develop and maintain strong relationships and become a trusted business partner.
  • You know how to ‘work a room’ delivering persuasive presentations, inspiring and exciting clients with your ideas, knowing how to pivot in a conversation and answering difficult questions is what you excel in.
  • You are an entrepreneur! Manage your business pipeline, develop an ongoing key account plan and create a strategy for long-term sustained growth for your territory.
  • Consistently surpass revenue targets and understand the importance of driving sales to the different business units.
  • You are hungry and a ‘closer’! You aren’t afraid to ask for the money and you don’t let obstacles stand in your way. You know how to turn a customer no into a yes.
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally to ensure the needs of your clients are met.
  • Maintain an ‘always learning’ attitude. Keep up-to-date on the industry and emerging trends.
  • Have a strong understanding of internal and external technologies: GAM, DSPs (e.g. Engagefront, DV360, TTD), DMPs (e.g. Constellation, Adobe), Ad Verification (e.g. MOAT, DoubleVerify) Google Analytics etc...
  • Act as a brand advocate for Pelmorex in the market with clients and industry partners
