Who You Are:

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Analyst to play an active role in the client onboarding process from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, innovative thinker who can adapt quickly. The candidate should have prior work experience in financial services, an understanding of Customer Due Diligence/ AML/KYC requirements and a deep interest in working in and learning about the crypto ecosystem. This role will be based in Hong Kong and will support our APAC Sales team during Asia business hours (with EMEA region overlap).

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with Sales, Compliance, Credit, Legal and Tax teams to onboard new clients, while ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth process
  • Assist the APAC and EMEA sales teams with Onboarding related requests during Asia business hours
  • Manage priority items received from multiple teams across various locations.
  • Resolve escalated issues from various clients.
  • Connect with teams locally and across regions to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to enhancing the features and functionality of the Client Onboarding portal.
  • Ad-hoc onboarding tasks such as DDQ requests, onboarding transitions across Galaxy entities and tracking KPI’s.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Onboarding/AML/KYC experience from an institutional perspective
  • 2-3 years of client onboarding experience

Bonus Points: 

  • Must have experience working at a financial institution in a client onboarding capacity (Operations, Client Service, or Implementation)
  • Interest and familiarity with crypto
