Role Objectives

These are the expected objectives for this role. We are happy to discuss this further during the interview process with the successful candidate.

  • Develop and execute account plans for all key accounts; including ownership of the relationship and programme KPIs
  • Engage with stakeholders and client teams at all levels, building strong relationships with all stakeholders, become the trusted strategic partner and provide guidance to client teams and communicating and evidencing the value of working with Zaizi
  • Commercial ownership of your key accounts and demonstrable ability to oversee profitability of relationships, communicate value to clients and where relevant grow revenue in line with Zaizi offering and proposition
  • Proactively driving growth, evaluating how the Zaizi partnership is enabling their digital vision and leveraging opportunities to educate, upskill and support client teams to realise their potential and digital ambition
Identifying and following up on marketing opportunities where relevant, to leverage opportunities for Zaizi’s thought leadership and communicating the value our programmes achieve.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel as needed in England (onsite meetings will be required)
  • Public Sector experience (ideally Central Government)
  • Previous account management (or related) experience of digital services and solutions (Full lifecycle through to support)
  • Confident in dealing with complex client solutions
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to multiple audiences
  • Understanding of digital technologies and Agile ways of working
  • Experience of translating technical terminology and process to clients of all digital fluency

Nice to Have

  • Home Office or similar organisation experience
  • Experience growing public sector relationships
  • Working with different data types to demonstrate the value of our work
  • Understanding of government and industry digital standards and approaches

SC Clearance:

Zaizi works with UK Central Government departments on a range of projects. To be able to work on our customer projects, employees must be Security Cleared to a standard acceptable to our Government customers. Due to this restriction we can currently only recruit candidates who have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship and who have lived in the UK for the last 5+ years continuously.

Interview Process:

1st stage:

Initial phone screening done by a member of the recruitment team

2nd stage:

Technical interview, this stage evaluates your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities, especially if you're applying for a technical role.

Final Stage:

10-15 min presentation and a panel interview where multiple people from different departments ask you questions.

Salary: £50,000 -£70,000 (30% OTE)
