Client Manager, Rosetta Stone

As a Client Manager, you’ll play a critical role supporting Rosetta Stone’s enterprise account managers with both existing clients and new sales opportunities. You’ll also manage printer vendor relationships for IXL’s published educational materials, ensuring smooth production and delivery processes. This is a unique opportunity to work across two dynamic areas—language learning solutions and educational product development.

This is a full-time position in Rosetta Stone’s Beijing, China office. The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday in the office. #LI-TL2

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Rosetta Stone Client Management (Language Learning Solutions)
    • Support account managers by coordinating product demos, managing trial accounts, and executing account-based marketing campaigns
    • Interview language learners to collect success stories and create case studies to share with other clients
    • Design and deliver webinars to showcase Rosetta Stone products to potential and existing customers
    • Collaborate with account managers to meet sales targets and expand Rosetta Stone’s presence across APAC
    • Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and learners through proactive engagement—via webinars, email, and phone
  • Printer Vendor Management (Educational Product Production)
    • Oversee relationships with IXL’s APAC-based printer vendors, ensuring timely communication, accurate project tracking, and smooth production workflows
    • Forecast and track costs for new product development
    • Ensure all printed materials comply with safety and quality standards
    • Partner with IXL’s Brand & Product Development Team to bring innovative educational products to market
    • Standardize product specifications, review cost proposals, and negotiate pricing with vendors
    • Coordinate sales sample distribution and track retailer testing requirements
    • Familiarity with IXL Learning print products

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in client services, preferably in enterprise sales, education or edtech
  • Experience handling vendors—negotiating contracts, keeping track of performance, building strong relationships, and finding ways to save money is a big plus
  • Good business sense with the ability to make sure vendor strategies support company goals, manage budgets wisely, and help improve overall operations and decision-making
  • Strong English communication skills (C1 or above) - both written and verbal - to work effectively with clients and partners across Asia Pacific in pre-sales and post sales environments
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills to coordinate global teams across sales, customer service, product development, and vendor management
  • Detail-oriented and highly dependable, with excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical questions using product knowledge and FAQs
  • Experience as an English teacher and/or experience managing relationships with printer vendors preferred
