Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economy or related fields,
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to deliver a strong POV and thought leadership,
Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, fast response times and strong attention to detail,
6-7+ years of related work experience in media planning, minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position is preferred,
Experience in global brands services, media planning, media buying and strategic planning is preferred,
Experience developing and managing a high performing team,
Fluency in English,
Proficiency with key media software,
Positive can-do attitude and a sense of humour.
Responsibilities
Building trusted relationships with client & team. Leading a team of 3-4 to support & improve the client business with effective media strategy and planning & vision,
Day to day relationship with the client to ensure the efficiency of the planning and strategic operation,
The position does not include buying & planning operation responsibility however it includes the reporting of all plans to the local client,
Yearly Strategy Building – the strategy building includes providing media-led solutions to business problems, yearly media planning & defining the efficient investment levels for all media channels,
Project Building – creating strategically powerful ideas and integrated projects. Keeping track of technology and innovations to blend it with brand plans to create impact with defined targets,
Managing your team in developing award worthy campaigns
Managing the relationship with global a team in localizing the brand strategy and reporting.
