Title:

Client Integration Support Specialist

Location:

Durham, NC, USA

Job Purpose:

Technical support and liaison for clients wishing to integrate with MIL products.

Hands-on problem solving around API connectivity and usage, using system logs and tooling in a proactive manner.

Participation in integration and end-to-end testing with the client and 3rd party systems, to ensure our clients receive a premium service.

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

Liaise with multiple clients as a point of contact, to illicit their high-level business needs, timelines and expectations and bring that information back into the team in a structured way.

Be sufficiently conversant with the Marken business and our main systems, especially our transport management and warehousing systems.

Help forge a bridge between the MIL development team and operational teams across the business, in order to optimize integration solutions for our clients.

Gain an understanding of our API product suite, so that you are confident talking about their features to API users.

Key to the client onboading process, answering questions and providing first-line technical support when required.

First line technical support for live clients

 

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in a previous client-facing role, with examples

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and authentication methods

Comfortable using Postman (or similar), basic queries for MS Application Insights log searching and any other similar 1st line support tooling.

Ability to multi-task and provide hands-on input to problem solving.

Familiar working in a cross-functional team and Lean thinking to hit deadlines.

Nice to have: Experience working with QA systems, participation in audits, working with standard operating systems, risk assessment, KNEAT, Docusign.
