OVERVIEW:
Come be a part of a global sports organization during a period of significant growth and transformation! Join a new Client-Setup & Integration team and work closely with our largest customers to provide first-class technical support and guidance throughout the entire customer journey with Sportradar.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Partners with Sales and Accounts team in relationship management of Sportradar’s key clients, serving as a source of technical assistance & advice to ensure clients maximize the value of our products/services.
- Engage with key accounts to deliver timely, accurate and professional technical guidance and assistance.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Production and Engineering) to ensure seamless integration for new key accounts, as well as provide ongoing issue resolution, adoption of enhancements and new features, and other technical needs on behalf of our clients.
- Technically lead/advise best practices for customer integration of Sportradars Sports Betting Solutions and other products then hands on assist customers with integration activities.
- Function as project manager for integration work when needed.
- Work closely with tech leads and Product Management to Identify and address product, process and documentation improvements to maximize ease of product integration.
- Actively contribute ideas for software improvements and solutions to technology challenges.
YOUR PROFILE:
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
- Experience in technical client integration, sales engineering or similar role is beneficial
- Experience with XML, Json, SDK, JAVA, Python, Groovy, C, C++ or Perl is beneficial
- Exceptional written and verbal English communications skills, with an emphasis on communicating highly technical and complex topics to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
- A passion for sports is beneficial, but not required.
- Proactive self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain high attention to details.
- Willingness to travel
