Your role in a nutshell
In this role you are responsible for GroupM Nexus Australia’s engagement with key clients and will act as one of the core agency-facing contacts for GroupM Nexus Australia. You will be involved in supporting client pitches, agency enablement, market, and practice support, as well as to evangelise omni-channel Nexus Solutions while complementing Nexus Practices (when/where relevant).
You will represent and promote GroupM Nexus capabilities (products, technology, and services) within the agencies and to clients, primarily focusing on Client Leads, Strategy, Planning and Technology, Product agency personnel.
This role will focus on new business pitches and existing clients that can benefit from incremental Nexus capabilities, new Nexus products or require digital transformation.
Success of this role will be measured by new businesses won and growth, development of key client relationships, driving key Nexus narratives, new product demand strategy execution, as well as team management and coaching.
You will support the team to drive business growth within Nexus across a specified region (NSW/QLD or VIC/SA/WA), while working closely with the GM Client Growth, as well as the client development leads from each of the Nexus Solutions to drive client growth.
Collaborating with agency product, marketplace, and account leads, and GroupM Nexus colleagues (marketing, product, data, and tech) will be imperative to deliver consultative solutions that meet the needs of clients, win new business, and grow revenue for the group.

Agency Growth
- Play an active role in supporting agency new business pitches and digital transformation projects.
- Support Director to grow total agency use of GroupM Nexus including GroupM proprietary media, commerce, and tech solutions.
