Edelman Singapore is seeking a Client Executive for its Integrated Clients practice. Are you a dynamic, hybrid team player who enjoys building client relations and implementing integrated brand communication plans? Do you thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment? If so, read on! 

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the overall marketing communication, advertising industry and its basic principles. 
  • Liaise with clients to understand their project requirements and identify brand communication needs.  
  • Brief internal teams on client’s projects and work closely with various teams to devise a brand communication plan that meets client’s needs and budget.  
  • Execute and manage all project deliverables, starting from campaign inception to final stage of journey which includes final campaign delivery on time and on budget.  
  • Proactively build an understanding of key client information, including business strategy, industry issues, products and services, target audiences, and competitors. 
  • Demonstrate knowledge of an integrated communication approach, social media tools and channels. 
  • Guide and mentor junior team members such as interns. 
  • Participate in new business processes, including research and proposal preparation. 
  • Commit to continuous learning through Edelman Learning Institute and other training opportunities. 
  • Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Edelman’s values and our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. 

Qualifications/Experience Required

  • You should have a degree/diploma in a relevant field, proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs, excellent project management skills, detail-oriented and the ability to adapt to changes and meet deadlines.  
  • You must have a strong work ethic and dedication to consistently provide quality work.  
  • Previous internship experience is preferred. 

The Ideal Candidate Should Have

  • A strong understanding of an integrated brand communication process, and how to use social media in communications.  
  • Good interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to work effectively with a variety of client service staff within a specific set of accounts. 
  • Strong attention to detail and awareness of deadlines. 
  • Basic research skills and good project management skills. 
  • Strong written and presentation skills. 
  • Willingness to learn, continuously improve, and be part of and contribute to a strong, collaborative and high-performing team. 
  • Supporting superiors in managing multiple campaigns and projects. 
  • Willingness to jump in and support the team.
