The Role
At Vidsy, we have two dynamic sales teams: our New Business Team, who secure new client accounts, and our Client Partnerships Team, who drive growth by strengthening relationships with our existing accounts.
In this role, you'll manage 5-10 enterprise accounts, who will be some of the biggest advertisers in the world (think Pepsi, L’Oreal, Amazon and EA Games for example), delivering a top-tier experience that makes Vidsy their go-to content partner. You’ll collaborate with our Client Solutions Team, who oversee day-to-day client interactions, as well as our Strategy, Creative, and Leadership Teams to scale your client accounts rapidly, and deliver exceptional content in the process.
Responsibilities

Solutions Sales Expert - You’ll be an expert at listening to clients needs, and identifying how Vidsy can provide a great solution, whether that’s our lightning fast production ability, or our exceptionally high performing content itself - you’ll position Vidsy to ensure it meets and exceeds your client’s needs.

Driving Client Growth - Owning and growing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, taking them from strength to strength as you unlock new divisions/sub brands within your clients for Vidsy to partner with, and new ways for us to work together with them.

Developing Client Strategy - Set ambitious targets and pinpoint growth opportunities within your accounts, owning the strategy that will drive your clients’ success and yours.

Building Key Relationships - Strategically map out contacts within your accounts, knowing exactly who to engage next. You’re meticulous and thrive on networking to connect with the right people.

Fostering Internal Partnerships & Managing a Team - Our Client Director position can be an individual contributor (IC) or a ‘player-coach’ depending on the client base, so you’ll be an experienced leader, able to manage other sellers as needed, and also internally ‘lead from the front’, getting buy-in from our Creative, Strategy and Client Solutions Teams to name a few.
Requirements
- 9+ years (or equivalent) of industry-relevant experience in commercial roles.
- 4+ years (or equivalent) experience focused on growing clients and/or new business sales.
- Previous experience owning a multi $M portfolio of business and/or a sales target.
- Prior experience managing a sales team, to include successfully hitting team revenue targets, and owning sales processes and practices.
- Proven success in leading and expanding large enterprise accounts, and evident ability to network through complex enterprise accounts.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills that foster client loyalty.
- Skilled in client discovery, mapping, and solution-based selling.
Compensation & Package
- 💰 Salary of $145,000 to $180,000 depending on experience
- 💸 Uncapped commission: earning typically 50% of your base when on target

Vidsy's 'Virtual-First' Hybrid Approach
We operate a hybrid way of working we call 'virtual-first'. That means, across all our locations (London, NYC and LA), our teams work primarily remotely, with occasional in-office sessions for collaboration, client meetings, socials, and more. The nature of your role will dictate how often you attend (e.g. our Commercial Team visit the office weekly whereas our Engineering Team are typically in the office monthly), however, we're flexible, and the balance of in-office versus remote can be discussed and confirmed during the interview process.
