Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising. We work with some of your favorite disruptor brands—like Calm, Vuori, Rocket Money, and hundreds more—to grow their business using linear and streaming TV ads. Our platform combines sophisticated media buying with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience. Our technology and services are pushing the industry forward, enabling businesses of any size to advertise on TV.

Named one of the 16 Hottest Ad Tech Companies by Business Insider and Best Places to Work by Inc. Magazine, Tatari is experiencing rapid growth. Our executive team is comprised of former founders and senior leaders at fast-rising startups like Shazam, TrueCar, AdapTV, and LiveRail and larger, more established tech companies like Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Yahoo.

We are seeking a “hunter” Client Development Manager to join our sales team and work closely with senior leadership to drive growth in the small-to-midsize business (SMB) market, a new strategic focus for Tatari. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a critical growth initiative, targeting SMBs looking to expand into TV advertising. The role covers the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing deals. Ideal candidates will have experience in both the TV advertising industry and SMB sales, ideally from a media or ad tech background.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive leads, grow the SMB pipeline, and meet sales quotas.
  • Focus on acquiring SMB clients, helping them transition or expand into TV advertising.
  • Be part of a new initiative within the company, creating opportunities for personal and business growth.
  • Work closely with the Client Services and Media Buying teams to strategically support SMB growth.
  • Understand the mindset of performance/growth marketers in the SMB space.
  • Assess team processes, identify improvements, and implement changes.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to SMB prospects.
  • Negotiate terms with SMB decision-makers and executives.
  • Communicate effectively with management on pipeline, customer needs, and opportunities.
  • Use your industry knowledge to identify how Tatari’s proprietary measurement can enhance the business goals of SMBs.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of sales experience in performance advertising (preferably linear or CTV), plus 3+ years of direct B2B sales-oriented experience driving new business
  • Fundamental knowledge of data analytics
  • Experience in TV, Media, or AdTech (preferred)
  • High motor to keep pace with fast moving clients to quickly grow the business
  • Demonstrated past success achieving growth objectives
  • Strong sense of ownership, self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as fostering a collaborative environment
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus (we use Hubspot)
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Management, Math, and Statistics

Benefits:

  • Total compensation: $150-200K/annually (75% Base + 25% Incentive Bonus)
  • Equity compensation
  • 100% health insurance coverage for you and your dependents
  • Unlimited PTO and sick days
  • Snacks, drinks, and catered lunches at the office
  • Team building events
  • $1,000 annual continued education benefit
  • $500 WFH reimbursement
  • $125 pre-tax monthly stipend to spend on whatever you want
  • Annual mental health awareness app reimbursement
  • FSA and commuter benefits
  • Monthly Company Wellness Day Off
  • Hybrid RTO of 2-3 days per week. THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION

At Tatari, we believe in the importance of cultivating teams with diverse backgrounds and offering equal opportunities to all. We strive to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every team member feels valued and diversity is celebrated.
