Client Development Director, Channel Partnerships

We’re looking for a Client Development Manager to join our expanding Channel Partnerships team in a specialist capacity.

You will become a foremost expert on the StackAdapt platform while owning the growth and success of enterprise level channel partners post sale. The ideal candidate will manage a group of accounts with the goal of exceeding StackAdapt’s customer success standards, building valuable relationships across executive and operator levels and driving new business using a consultative partner based sales approach. 

Successful candidates will be self motivated with a strong track record of quickly understanding client technical needs and business objectives to recommend the right solutions to achieve goals. 
 
StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in the US for this position.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as StackAdapt’s principle evangelist, media thought leader, problem solver and point of contact across your account portfolio
  • Accurately forecast business needs and account growth while maintaining a clean pipeline of incremental opportunities
  • Own, build and run the rhythm of business across your portfolio through the use of status calls, strategy calls, office hours, QBR’s and more. 
  • Identify and pitch key incremental sales opportunities, develop client enablement plans and work cross functionally within StackAdapt to solve client needs and develop new opportunities. 

What you'll bring to the table:

  • High level of experience managing enterprise clients within the programmatic advertising space (preferably at a Demand Side Platform, Trading Desk or Media Agency) 
  • Comfortable working within a quota based environment with a track record of exceeding targets and successfully growing account portfolios. 
  • Positive energy, proactive mentality, highly organized with a growth mindset
  • Bonus if you have worked with API based media clients at a Demand Side Platform
