Product Development/Client Analyst
Our Analysts build, deliver & continually innovate on PulsePoint's insightful reporting and data-driven solutions. Their efforts help alleviate friction points and streamline processes that enable internal teams to provide exceptional service, powering the decisions of our customers. The Client Analyst will dedicate all of their time to client-facing on-demand & proactive analyses, insights, presentations, and enhancements.
THE PRODUCT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON:
LIFE BY PULSEPOINT™, Everything you need to plan, activate, analyze and optimize your digital healthcare advertising campaigns - in one platform. Our proprietary data targeting solutions are the backbone for thousands of healthcare brands seeking instant access to forecast, target and engage DTC and HCP audiences at scale.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Dig into data to answer and resolve client questions
Proactively analyze & monitor client reporting
Support RFPs, Sales Pitches, QBR, Upselling & Retention efforts
Collect, prototype, and facilitate roadmap planning for new features in product
Synthesize raw data into actionable insights to drive business results, identify key trends and opportunities for business teams, and report the findings in a simple, compelling way
Present actionable insights to clients and help them get the most out of the combination of their data and our insights
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Python;
and one of:
Familiarity with health-related data sets
Project Management skills
Client-facing experience preferred
Target salary range: $90-110k base + 9-11k target annual bonus based on company and individual performance
