Clearing & Settlement Transfer Specialist

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Clearing & Settlement Transfers is a highly skilled team within Operations, responsible for ensuring the smooth settlement of incoming and outgoing transfers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the timely settlement of all incoming and outgoing transfers.
• Investigating and resolving transfer discrepancies with relevant teams and brokers.
• Addressing tax data issues, such as TaxBox handling, to ensure accuracy.
• Monitoring automated processes and implementing solutions for recurring challenges.
• Supporting system improvements, testing activities, and defining functional requirements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in transfer settlement or post-trade operations.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to resolve complex issues.
• Familiarity with SWIFT, Clearstream Xact, and tax-related operations is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
