General Description:
Semiconductor professional with experience developing and managing training programs for a cleanroom production environment. Ideal candidate must be able to maintain records in accordance with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards and work closely with module engineers and production staff to stay current on module operations, quality trainings and environmental health, 5S, and safety trainings. In addition to training, this position will help execute logistics actions related to mask inventory and lot kitting at starts and will play a key role in quality improvement efforts generally.
Essential Duties:
Partner with the quality department, environmental health and safety and module engineering to ensure training matrices are comprehensive and current for all applicable trainings and staff
Maintain individual training records to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100
Verify charge numbers are assigned to techs and engineers upon completion of training and certification on processes and tools.
Be a liaison to the quality department to make sure MTL and Quality are aligned on policy and direction.
Manage photo mask inventory in the cleanroom and execute ServiceNow tickets related to property movement
Own logistics queues for lot starts and work with integration engineering to ensure lot starts checklists are complete, and that lots are kitted and tracked in to the fab for processing

Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100, 5S, and 6 sigma are desirable
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline plus 5 years of experience working in a cleanroom, or 10 years of experience in a cleanroom
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work within a cleanroom environment wearing personal protective equipment to include lab coveralls, chemical apron, hood, facemask, hairnets, safety gloves and goggles
•Must possess motor skills appropriate to the task
•Must be able to lift/push/pull 25-30 pounds consistently

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $
43.58 - $
54.50 per hour + bonus + benefits.
