JOB TITLE: Cleaning Operative - Night Shift

LOCATION: Eden Shopping Centre, Wycombe HP11 2DQ

SHIFT PATTERN: 6 on 2 off, 35 hours per week

PAY: £12.42 per hour

As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the assigned areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming to visitors. With our customized facility solutions approach, you will need to understand and adapt to the unique cleaning requirements of each location.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom cleaning
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste in designated areas
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, fixtures, and equipment
• Restock and replenish supplies as needed
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cleaner or janitor, preferably in a commercial setting
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
