Cleaning and Detailing Team Leader

The Cleaning and Detailing Team Leader will oversee a team of cleaning and detailing specialists to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and detailing for all vehicles serviced at the workshop. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in vehicle cleaning and detailing processes. The Team Leader will ensure that all vehicles are cleaned, detailed, and presented in excellent condition, contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall quality of service provided by the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the cleaning and detailing team. Assign tasks and ensure efficiency.
• Quality Control: Oversee vehicle cleaning and detailing to ensure it meets company standards. Inspect completed work for consistency and quality.
• Inventory & Equipment Management: Maintain stock of supplies and tools, ensuring the team has what’s needed to perform tasks.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all cleaning practices adhere to safety standards and regulations.
• Customer Service: Address customer concerns related to vehicle presentation, ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years in vehicle cleaning and detailing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, attention to detail, and knowledge of vehicle cleaning products and tools.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift cleaning equipment and stand for long periods.
