As a Classified Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction by providing timely support and solutions, sustaining customer relationships, and ensuring prompt listings collection. You will collaborate with the sales teams to develop the sales pipeline, manage the sales funnel, identify upsell opportunities, and handle customer account activations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate CRM records, staying updated on product information, achieving daily productivity targets, and tailoring sales pitches to potential customers' needs.
In this role, you will:
- Provide timely support and solutions to customer queries, maintaining high customer satisfaction;
- Sustain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business;
- Ensure the prompt collection of listings from customers to keep the inventory up-to-date;
- Work closely with the sales teams to develop the sales pipeline by generating qualified leads and opportunities, contributing to completing sales targets;
- Manage the sales funnel, tracking the progress of leads and opportunities to ensure effective sales processes;
- Identify and create upsell opportunities to enhance customer value and increase revenue;
- Handle the activation of customer accounts, ensuring a smooth onboarding process;
- Document and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system;
- Stay updated with product information to address customer queries and provide accurate information effectively;
- Achieve daily targets for calls, listings collection, push meetings, and meetings authentication to ensure productivity and goal attainment;
- Initiate contact with potential customers, understand their needs, and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in operations, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- (1-2) years of account management experience;
- Proven track record of successfully meeting a sales quota, preferably over the phone.
- Excellent command of English & Arabic (verbal & written);
- Good knowledge of the Real Estate industry;
- Basic knowledge and working experience of call centre systems & solutions;
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to follow scripts;
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills;
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills;
- Exceptional customer service, communication and negotiation skills;
- Cool-tempered and able to successfully counter rebuttals to close sales.
