About the Role

Our claims organization  is focused on resolving claims as quickly as possible with technology first and data driven analytics, all while improving/eliminating traditional claims efficiencies We’re looking for a Claims Representative who’s passionate about helping customers in need. As a claims representative at Roamly you will help create fiercely loyal customers when it matters most and demonstrates both technical proficiency along with the aptitude to handle personal/commercial claims, help drive processes, and maintain a high level of quality. The ideal candidate will understand that Roamly is building to achieve the unthinkable  and will need to utilize their technical and operational claims knowledge in order to support the needs of the Roamly Claims Team. 

Requirements

Your work at Roamly:

  • Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate recreation vehicle  damage claims to reach a fair and equitable settlement for involved parties
  • Interpret policy contacts and identify how coverage applies to a particular loss
  • Accurately document files to include all key claims activities
  • Work with external partners to ensure our customers receive a high level of efficient and effective service
  • Process and index all claims related documents
  • Assist the claims department with the handling of total loss vehicles. This will include monitoring salvage vehicles, obtaining all necessary forms, paying salvage invoices and processing proceeds.
  • Review new claims and guide customers with end to end claims resolution
  • Ability to obtain appropriate insurance licenses
  • Other duties as assigned

What you will bring to the table:

  • 3  years of specialty vehicle claim handling experience ( Commercial and/or Personal) 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-managed, highly motivated, and confident
  • Able to work well under deadlines in a high-paced, changing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective team player
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient in basic computer skills

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with potentially applicable laws. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and bonus dependent upon position.
