βœ… Lead & Inspire – Oversee a team of 2-5 engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
βœ… Manage Projects – Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
βœ… Client Collaboration – Work directly with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to build strong relationships.
βœ… Quality & Innovation – Review engineering designs, cost estimates, and reports to ensure accuracy and excellence.
βœ… Strategic Growth – Play a key role in business development and help expand our Public Works services.

Requirements

🎯 What You Bring:

πŸ”Ή Strong technical expertise in civil engineering, specifically in Public Works (district engineering, local agencies).
πŸ”Ή Excellent communication skills – written & verbal.
πŸ”Ή Leadership experience – ability to manage and mentor junior staff.
πŸ”Ή Project planning & regulatory knowledge – familiarity with federal, state, and local policies.
πŸ”Ή Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.

πŸŽ“ Qualifications:

πŸŽ“ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (accredited program).
πŸ“ 5-7 years of civil engineering experience (Team Lead II requires 2+ years of supervisory experience).
πŸ“œ PE License (or ability to obtain one) is a plus!

Compensation - Between $95k - $130k/annually dependent on experience + additional benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, and 401k match
