- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
- Has at least 5 years design work experience
- Has work experience in roadworks design, storm drainage design, pond design, site preparation, embankment and earthworks design
- Has work experience preferably in PV solar farm design and wind farm design
- Has knowledge of and preferably proficient in Civil 3D
