Backed by Narayana Health, one of India's leading hospital systems, W Health Ventures, a healthcare venture capital firm, and 2070 Health, a healthcare-focused venture studio, Everhope has secured $10 million in seed funding to establish a nationwide network of medical and surgical oncology facilities.

Starting in Delhi and Mumbai, Everhope plans to expand to 10 cities over the next three years, bringing expert-led early diagnosis, daycare chemotherapy, and surgical oncology to locations where patients need them most.

India faces a growing cancer burden, with over 150 million people expected to be diagnosed in their lifetime. Everhope is tackling this challenge head-on by creating smaller, strategically located centers that eliminate the logistical and emotional barriers to care.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute plans to activate key doctors and specialists, ensuring strong relationships and consistent lead generation from individual doctors and promotional activities within Delhi - NCR.
  2. Lead, mentor, and develop the Doctor Relationship Officer (DRO) team, ensuring effective performance management and fostering a high level of engagement within the team.
  3. Proactively identify and address operational challenges faced by the sales team to ensure smooth execution.
  4. Conduct regular training sessions for the Doctor Relationship Officer (DRO) team, ensuring they follow best practices and ensure efficient performance.
  5. Monitoring weekly/monthly performance, preparing and presenting reports to ensure alignment with business goals.
  6. Conduct the hiring and onboarding process for new team members, including both experienced healthcare professionals and freshers.
  7. Consistently achieving & exceeding sales targets.

Cross functional coordination & collaboration with the marketing team for lead generation collaterals, studio for numbers & any other support and clinic team to ensure a seamless patient journey for offline leads.City City

Requirements

Requirements

10-15 years of experience in sales, business development, preferably with a focus on doctor engagement.

Proven track record with healthcare companies in Delhi-NCR.

Ability to develop and execute activation and engagement plans effectively.
