- Administering Citrix technologies (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops) in the environment
- Planning and implementing Citrix infrastructure updates
- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to Citrix Provisioning Server, Citrix Delivery Controller, Storefront, Workspace Environment Manager (WEM), and Netscaler
- Conducting proof of concept testing for published apps and streamed VDIs in customer environments
- Collaborating with customers to conduct performance analysis (load and performance testing) for their applications
- Supporting the architecture team
- 3+ years experience in multinational IT environments, especially in Citrix environment
- Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Citrix ADC (Netscaler), VMware (ESX), Monitoring (eG Innovation), Powershell
- Experience in project related work
- At least intermediate English language knowledge
- Participate in On-Call
- German is an advantage
