JOB SUMMARY:
The Cinematographer/Editor creates everything from content promos, teaching videos and large-scale screen visuals for worship moments, to church brand videos for social media and internal purposes. On set, they will operate cameras, assist and help light sets, look after audio quality on set, help with set construction, In post-production, they will look after all aspects of a video from filming to the final render, navigating feedback and managing multiple large LED wall canvas sizes as well as navigating our large database of church footage. We are looking for a whip-smart, skilled, passionate creative to fill this role and join our quickly growing team.
**Production reel is a must.
JOB DUTIES:
- Work collaboratively with producers, motion graphic designers, and other editors to create innovative, compelling creative to meet the needs of the ministry
- Filming and editing of compelling human interest stories
- Documenting several church events and weekends each year by capturing b-roll footage
- Edit short-form videos while maintaining brand tone and voice
- Select appropriate music and sound effects and prepare final audio for export
- Archive and organize projects to streamline productions and to conform to the ministries level of quality & technical standards
- Operate broadcast cameras for live events when needed
- Edit projects related to the weekend and ministries of Christ fellowship
- Be part of major film productions with the CF Films team
- Responsible for submitting a preview of all produced material for approval. Complete revisions as necessary
- Follow our file storage protocol and naming conventions
EDUCATION:
Undergraduate Degree Preferred
SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Google Workspace
- Davinci Resolve is a bonus :)

3-5 years
