Marketing Intern Position at a Foreign Human Resources Company in Shanghai
(Primarily remote work, occasional commuting required) 2 days per week (150 RMB/day), with a one-year internship period
Job Responsibilities:
- Work one day a month at the Shanghai Lingang New Area office, responsible for handling customer inquiries, recording customer needs according to the template, and sorting out the information for sales team to follow up;
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the company's official website and marketing materials;
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities;
- Assist in local channel partners developing in Shanghai and other cities;
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

工作职责：
- 每个月一次上海临港新片区办公一天，负责对接客户咨询，按照模版记录客户需求并整理后给到销售团队跟进；
- 负责公司官网及市场宣传资料更新和维护；
- 协助市场部活动策划及执行工作；
- 协助上海本地渠道伙伴的BD工作；
- 完成上级主管交办的其他相关工作。
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Shanghai, with a preference for English, International Trade, or Marketing majors;
- Fluent in English, with a CET-6 or higher level;
- Good communication and writing skills;
- Strong teamwork and execution abilities, proactive, meticulous, and responsible;
- Prior internship experience in corporate marketing or sales departments, or experience in external affairs departments within schools is preferred.
