Job Overview:

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Meisterwerk, you will lead the technical organization and drive our technological vision and strategy. You will oversee our technology operations, ensuring that our tech stack is efficient, secure, and scalable. You will play a primary role in scaling the company from Series A to Series B/C, and beyond, bringing your input and experience to guide our technical team through this next growth phase. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to align our technology roadmap with business objectives and lead a talented team of engineers to deliver exceptional digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a technology strategy that supports Meisterwerk’s business goals.
• Lead and manage the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of our SaaS products and Data infrastructure, prioritizing high standards of quality and performance.
• Scale our technology infrastructure to support business growth from Series A onward.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of our software and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and improve user experience.
• Stay current with technological trends and advancements, incorporating relevant innovations into our strategy.
• Represent the technology team at the executive level, providing insights and recommendations to the CEO and other stakeholders.
