Chief Technology Officer

Demonstrable ability to align technology with business and financial goals. The Chief Technology Officer (CTO), a crucial member of the Executive Team at Title21 Health Solutions, is responsible for guiding the company's technological direction and ensuring alignment with our financial objectives. This role encompasses leadership across product support/operations, product engineering/quality, and cloud infrastructure/IT.

 

In this capacity, the CTO is a business-minded leader that will shape our technological roadmap, spearhead innovation, and oversee the strategic execution and management of technology to strengthen our market position and value. Position will have access to the network of the Private Equity firm as well as interaction with the Title21 board.

This role demands active collaboration with other leaders (Marketing, Product, Sales, etc.) to integrate technology with business goals, ensuring cohesive growth and innovation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Software Development & Operations

o    Led modernization of legacy platforms from architecture to functionality

o    Experience with modern DevOps processes and metrics centered on work visibility and efficiency.

o    Evaluate, lead, and develop technical talent on the team.

o    Drives continuous improvement in product quality.

·         Customer technical support

o    Enhancing customer support organization with best-in-class practices.

o    Design and implement technical support organization appropriate to customer base.

o    Use logging and monitoring technology to proactively identify customer issues.

 

·         Cloud infrastructure

o    Deploying and managing customer cloud instances (patch, upgrades, and security)

o    Partnering with technical support on performance improvement.

o    Support customer deployments and upgrades.

o    Support the IT infrastructure of the Title21 staff in compliance with and maintenance of regulatory standards such as HIPAA, GAMP5, and SOC2.

Requirements

·         Proven experience as a full-stack software development leader in a growth organization is desirable.

·         Active team-management, emotional-intelligence and outstanding daily communications skills both up and down the organization.

·         Strong track record in technology modernization and high-stakes project management.

·         Worked in or led customer support organizations.
