Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with Fresh Futures' goals in education and job placement.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s technology platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly, secure, and scalable.
Lead and mentor the IT and development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technological opportunities that enhance our service offerings and improve the customer experience.
Drive the research and development of new tools, platforms, and technologies to keep Fresh Futures at the cutting edge of the industry.
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and cybersecurity regulations.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners.
Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our business.

Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role, preferably in the education or employment sectors.
Extensive experience in designing and building scalable software platforms.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions that drive growth.
A deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, AI, and machine learning.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
