Assist in the development of employee welfare policies and procedures.
Participate in the implementation of company-wide employee welfare initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of DCE’s benefits structure for respective job grades.
Compute benefits and relevant claims for employees.
Participate in computing (and making updates to) employees’ benefits based on changes in compensation structure in DCE.
Review loans and benefit requests and ensure required approvals are obtained prior to processing.
Track loan request, maintain and communicate loan status.
Monitor and track loan repayments and ensure the timely reconciliation of approved staff loans and benefit requests to repayments.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of staff salaries and benefits( overtime ,perdiuam and allowances etc
Liaise with relevant organisations (e.g. HMOs, PFAs, Insurance companies) and manage communication to ensure DCE employees obtain maximum satisfaction from available welfare services
Periodically collate employee feedback on welfare services and communicate to Management for decision making.
Perform other duties as assigned by the SGM / GM of HAM & Administration:
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any Social Sciences related discipline.
Professional qualification in HAM Management e.g. Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) will be an added advantage.
Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in employee welfare administration and related areas
