We are looking for a visionary and strategic leader to join our executive team as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Field Service Management (FSM) lines of business globally. The CRO will be responsible for driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion across our EAM and FSM solutions. The CRO will report directly to the Global CRO and work closely with the other C-level executives, regional sales leaders, product managers, marketing teams, and customer success teams. They should have experience of working in a matrix environment with strong sales and leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global revenue strategy for the EAM and FSM lines of business, including sales, marketing, pricing, and partnerships.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global sales team across multiple regions and channels.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure and optimize revenue performance, customer retention, and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, customer segments, and product innovations for the EAM and FSM lines of business.
- Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to provide feedback and insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Partner with the marketing and customer success teams to create and execute effective campaigns, programs, and events to generate demand, increase awareness, and drive customer loyalty.
- Represent the company and the EAM and FSM lines of business at industry events, conferences, and media outlets.
- 15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the enterprise software industry, preferably in the EAM and FSM domains.
- 10+ years of experience in leading and managing global sales teams and revenue operations.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets, driving customer satisfaction, and expanding market share.
- Experience in a matrix organisation.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
