Based just outside Philadelphia, PA, 1SEO Digital Agency proudly stands as a full-service Digital Marketing Agency and a Google Premier Partner, placing us in the top 1% of all agencies in the US. We prioritize our clients' growth, protection, and inspiration by being solely client-centric. Our team operates on a hybrid schedule, with the majority of us working four days in our Bristol, PA office and one day remotely each week.

We’re seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join us in our mission of focusing on strategic planning, product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships. Together with other members of the executive team, the CRO will execute our corporate strategic plan while focusing on client expansion and cultivating business partnerships from a financial standpoint. The CRO will also be instrumental in creating a strategic plan for boosting revenue streams and company growth.
 
 
Job Requirements
 
In this role you will partner with senior leadership to execute the current corporate strategic plan and develop additional plans. The CRO ensures performance, strategy, and alignment of the company’s revenue-generating departments. In this role you will assist in driving financial business initiatives and help to ensure growth across and profitability. The CRO will help to
maximize reach and build and foster key relationships that are committed to our culture of innovation. Streamline our revenue pipeline and leads while adjusting as necessary for efficient sustainable growth. 

  Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive strategies and tactics to increase financial stability
·       Remain well-connected with clients to ensure that their needs are being factored into the product development and enhancement cycles
·       Collaborate with the finance, product management, and marketing teams on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models for achieving goals
·       Identify and resolve issues across the marketing, sales, and account management teams
·       Participate in contract negotiations

Required Skills and Experience
·       Ten or more years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
·       Proven track record of growing revenue through new-product development, marketing, branding, and strategic partnerships
·       Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision
·       Ability to craft and execute a business strategy effectively
·       Experience in making decisions based on business metrics
·       Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
