United Tech is looking for a highly skilled Chief Product Officer with a proven track record of driving growth and sustainability for web products. In this role, you will
- Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of our current product vision
- Spearhead the formation of a robust product team
- Develop and implement streamlined business processes for product direction
- Allocate product responsibilities within the team and establish a KPI system
- Organize cross-team strategic sessions to drive product innovation
It’s all about you
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a CPO or Head of Product
- Experience in building and/or leading B2C products is a must
- Experience working with web&mobile products
- Demonstrable success in product development with measurable results
- Experience with web products and managing online products that are still living and growing (and you've been involved)
- Proficient understanding of digital product development processes
- Experience managing projects, budgets, and teams
- Familiarity with unit economics and product development within this framework
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
- Proactively propose improvements, demonstrate a data-driven and ownership mindset, and take responsibility for personal and team outcomes
- Exhibit a strong results-oriented approach with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent communication abilities coupled with high levels of self-organization and attention to detail
Would be a plus
- Experience in FMCG companies or relevant background in financial/consulting fields (Big4, Investment banking, Management Consulting)
- Familiarity with the social networking niche
