Chief Product Officer

In this role, you will

• Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of our current product vision
• Spearhead the formation of a robust product team
• Develop and implement streamlined business processes for product direction
• Allocate product responsibilities within the team and establish a KPI system
• Organize cross-team strategic sessions to drive product innovation

It’s all about you

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CPO or Head of Product
• Proven track record in building and leading B2C products
• Experience with web products and active involvement in managing online products that demonstrate ongoing growth and sustainability
• Demonstrable success in product development with measurable results
• Experience with web products and managing online products that are still living and growing (and you've been involved)
• Proficient understanding of digital product development processes
• Experience managing projects, budgets, and teams
• Familiarity with unit economics and product development within this framework
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
• Proactively propose improvements, demonstrate a data-driven and ownership mindset, and take responsibility for personal and team outcomes
• Exhibit a strong results-oriented approach with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Possess excellent communication abilities coupled with high levels of self-organization and attention to detail

Would be a plus

• Experience in FMCG companies or relevant background in financial/consulting fields (Big4, Investment banking, Management Consulting)
• Familiarity with the social networking niche
