What will I be doing?

Zenoti, a leader in SaaS solutions for wellness companies, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Operations and Project Management:
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to generate and implement recommendations to operate and scale our programs and the overall business more efficiently.
    • Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of key initiatives and projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, improve processes, and enhance efficiency.
    • Set rhythms and cadences of staff meetings, gathering of feedback from 1:1s throughout the Operations organization, and synthesizing that into opportunities for improvement.

 

  • Executive Support:
    • Provide strategic support to the executive team, including preparing presentations, analyzing KPIs, and managing communications with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Manage the schedule, priorities, and commitments, ensuring effective time management and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

 

  • Strategic Planning and Analysis:
    • Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic plan, including conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
    • Analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to the executive team.

Skills and Experiences

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations, project management, and executive support, preferably in high-growth startups or relevant industries.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing complex projects and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement, and project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven results in working with C-level stakeholders and the ability to lead through influence.
  • Academic pedigree with an MBA from a reputed institution.
  • A big plus if you have previous experience as a Chief of Staff and/or in management consulting.

Zenoti Pay Range
$120,000$140,000 USD
