About the role :

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chief of Staff to support our Executive Leader of Growth, Product, Marketing, and Design.

As this is going to be a multifaceted role, You role will be providing strategic advice, managing daily operations, overseeing projects, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. Acting as a bridge between your Sr. Executive and rest of the teams, you will help streamline processes, resolve conflicts, and facilitate the implementation of key initiatives, thus contributing significantly to the organization's overall efficiency and success.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Planning: Support the CPMO in defining organizational goals and strategic plans. Analyze data and insights to derive meaningful strategic directions.
  • Program Management: Oversee projects, ensuring that they are progressing as planned. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between the CPMO and other department heads, streamlining communication and initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement operational best practices and efficiencies across the Product and Marketing departments.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing and product initiatives.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure resources are efficiently allocated according to departmental priorities.
  • Preparation & Follow-up: Organize and prepare the CPMO for meetings, engagements, and appearances, ensuring timely follow-up

Must have skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior management or executive support role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of key performance indicators and business metrics.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and driving teams toward achieving common goals.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality, with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity.
