Requirements

Interlaced is seeking a highly motivated and organized Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO and executive team. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing strategic company projects, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration. This role is best suited for someone with a passion for operational efficiency and a track record of successful project management in a fast-paced, growing organization.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelorʼs degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Operations, Program Manager or similar strategic role in a fast-growing organization.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  •  Analytical mindset with experience in problem-solving and driving process improvements.
  •  Familiarity with private equity environments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives and assist in translating and implementing high-level business goals into actionable plans.
  • Drive operational efficiency by developing, refining, and executing business processes across the organization.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and division leaders, ensuring effective communication and alignment on company priorities.
  •  Assist in preparing and managing company performance metrics, presentations, and reports for the executive team and board meetings.
  •  Facilitate the planning, execution and monitoring of company-wide projects, ensuring that all teams meet deadlines and goals.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings and decision-making when necessary.
  • Gather and analyze data to assist the CEO and leadership in making informed decisions. Provide recommendations based on research.
  •  Take ownership of special projects and drive initiatives critical to the company's success.
