GoodVets is looking to hire a Corporate Development Associate to support the expansion and scaling of the Company. The Corporate Development Associate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing key projects, and ensuring operational efficiency. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team and facilitating communication and collaboration across departments.

The Impact You Will Have Every Day:

  • Managing all priorities across the organization, steering all annual & quarterly strategic goal setting and review.
  • Developing, preparing and delivering monthly meeting presentations & quarterly board presentations.
  • Overseeing all-hands and companywide meeting materials and agendas.
  • Engaging in internal project management & consulting, working directly with each business leader on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration across departments to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to assist executives in making informed decisions. 
  • Preparing and reviewing reports, KPI’s, presentations, and other documents for the executive team.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and act as a problem-solver, identifying and building systems, tools, and processes to enhance ELT and business operations efficiency.

 

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or related field (MBA or advance degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an investment banking analyst role
  • Consulting experience or experience in a growth company is an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an exceptional eye for detail orientation
  • Autonomous leader: you’re comfortable with a significant degree of independence, and feel comfortable with a very high level of responsibility
  • Effective at working with leaders across the organization, with trust and credibility
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to operate independently and understand business context and priorities often under strict deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, in conjunction with the ability to deliver sharp presentations. Ability to distill complex information into clear and actionable insights
