About the role

As Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team and driving the company’s growth and success. Reporting directly to the founders, you will collaborate closely with executives and cross-functional teams to oversee strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects, driving operational efficiency and overall company success.

• Manage the company’s strategy process and roadmap, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams.

• Oversee investor reporting, ensuring timely and accurate communication of financial performance and growth strategies.

• Monitor KPI tracking and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.

• Spearhead internal communications to foster engagement and strengthen collaboration between team members, leaders, and management.

• Advise founders and senior leaders on key initiatives such as fundraising and organisational structure, while helping set and prioritise strategic goals.
