As the chief of staff for the Head of Solidigm’s Data Center Engineering, you’ll have a broad scope role covering a multi-disciplinary engineering organization that spans the globe. This position plays a key role in enabling our very large engineering organization to function. You’ll do a lot of sensing and working directly with the broader organization and staff to help set priorities and understand gaps, also working with other senior executives across Solidigm and their Chiefs of Staff as required. Your responsibilities will have a broad range as expected (some examples listed below) with a very large organization with multiple engineering disciplines. For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $149,430 to $274,730. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
