CloudSEK’s Product Suite:

  • CloudSEK XVigil constantly maps a customer’s digital assets, identifies threats and enriches them with cyber intelligence, and then provides workflows to manage and remediate all identified threats including takedown support.
  • A powerful Attack Surface Monitoring tool that gives visibility and intelligence on customers’ attack surfaces. CloudSEK's BeVigil uses a combination of Mobile, Web, Network and Encryption Scanners to map and protect known and unknown assets.
  • CloudSEK’s Contextual AI SVigil identifies software supply chain risks by monitoring Software, Cloud Services, and third-party dependencies.

Key Milestones:

  • 2016: Launched our first product.
  • 2018: Secured Pre-series A funding.
  • 2019: Expanded operations to India, Southeast Asia, and the Americas.
  • 2020: Won the NASSCOM-DSCI Excellence Award for Security Product Company of the Year.
  • 2021: Raised $7M in Series A funding led by MassMutual Ventures, with total investment in to $10M

Job Summary:

The Chief of Staff will be pivotal in driving strategic growth initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency within the leadership team, ensuring comprehensive OKR implementation, and assisting the founder with day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive the Company’s ARR Goals

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive initiatives that contribute to achieving the given Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)

2. Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives

  • Oversee the Business Development Representative (BDR) program to ensure a great conversion rate of leads to customers.
  • Identify and implement new growth opportunities and strategic initiatives that align with the company's long-term goals.

3. Assist the Founder with Fundraising Efforts.

  • Support the founder in fundraising activities.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and presentations for investors.
  • Achieve successful fundraising outcomes and maintain a high CEO rating.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a strategic role with a focus on business development and operational management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Background in fundraising and investor relations is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • This role requires flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones and urgent company needs.
  • The position may involve occasional travel to attend meetings, conferences, or events.
