Your Responsibilities will be:
- Develop and lead the overall customer marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and long-term vision
- Define and maintain the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication channels
- Manage offline and digital customer marketing efforts, including website optimisation, social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising
- Develop a content marketing strategy that includes creating valuable and engaging content to attract and retain customers
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, make data-driven decisions, and optimize strategies for better ROI
- Manage the customer marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to achieve strategic goals
- Explore and cultivate partnerships and alliances with other organizations to expand market reach and create synergies
- Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO, board of directors, or other key stakeholders regarding marketing performance and the achievement of strategic objectives
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- At least 5+ years of proven working experience in Customer Marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of the professional service marketing specifics IT industry trends.
- Ability to manage different C-level stakeholders and influence them in communicating marketing needs and strategy
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies
- Brand Management Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to measure marketing effectiveness, track key performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions
- Value and results-driven
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Nice to have:
- Ability to speak on stage
- Ability to organize and host international business events

For this position, we offer a gross salary of 5000€/month or more, depending on your experience and qualifications.
