Your mission

We are looking for 2 Talent Acquisition Interns to join either Sabrina Angersbach’s team, which covers General Administration, Operated Buses, and Daily operations globally, or Laetitia Melchior’s team, which focuses on Product, Customer (including marketing, customer service, and communications), and the Bus Marketplace team.
 Our team’s mission is to attract and hire the right talents to support the growth of our business, with our culture and diversity at the center. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, your role will be to find and inspire great talent for various teams at BlaBlaCar. You will be part of our Talent Acquisition, Culture & Engagement and Employer Branding team, composed of 18 team members with various nationalities.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle hiring process for internships & junior positions for different business functions; from hiring brief to closing candidates 
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to create a positive and smooth candidate experience
  • Contribute to specific assigned tasks to improve our processes within the scope of talent acquisition 
  • Collaborate with the People Ops Team for all administrative matters and onboarding

Your qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree, ideally a Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or any other relevant field
  • First experience in Recruitment 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Rigorous, great attention to detail, structured and organized
  • Curious and creative with a strong interest in recruiting 
  • Ability to build trusting relationships & attentive to offer a top-notch candidate experience
  • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-growing and innovative environment
  • Full working proficiency in English (French is a nice to have) 
  • Ability to take ownership, aligned with business priorities  
  • Fit with our BlaBlaPrinciples

  • Having an internship agreement from your school or university is mandatory. We won’t be able to proceed with your application otherwise.

  • a case study to be prepared remotely for 2 hours, followed by a 90-min video-call with our Talent Acquisition Team Manager, Sabrina Angersbach or Laetitia Melchior, to assess your technical skills;
  • a 30-min video-call with our Talent Acquisition Lead Melanie Pimentel for vision fit and rounding off the process.
