Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania is the local affiliate of the country’s leading sexual and reproductive health care advocate and provider. Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania operates 10 health centers throughout Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. The Charge Person/Float contributes to the implementation, monitoring, oversight and continuous improvement of daily center operations, and regularly acts as Center Charge Person. The charge person serves as the primary coordinator of center operations in the absence of the Center Manager. The Charge Person/Float position includes regular clinical duties along with some non-direct service hours to assist in fulfilling this position. In addition this position floats to other locations as needed.
We have a benefits eligible full-time, 35 hour/week, position available at our Far Northeast Health Center. The salary for this position is $

Esssential Functions
- Performs all regular RHCA and/or SRHCA duties as detailed in these position descriptions
- Under the direction of the Center Manager, assists in daily operations including:
- Monitoring and facilitating flow, and making adjustments as necessary to maximize productivity and customer service
- Monitoring and facilitating system of patient follow-up to maintain continuity of care
- Scheduling center personnel, arranging coverage and preparing and distributing calendar
- Ensuring accurate and complete daily record-keeping, including tracking tools, patient charts and meaningful use targets
- Disseminating administrative and medical policies to staff and monitoring adherence
- Acts as center Charge Person when Center Manager is off-site
- Keeps Center Manager apprised of all center issues
- Assists the Center Manager to implement and report on the PPSP Risk & Quality Management Program, including incident-reporting per PPSP standard and requirements
